In recent years, the tubular motor intelligent drive systems for electric garage doors, electric roller shutters, electric fire curtains, teaching electric screen. With the improvement of living standards of people modern, growing demand for tubular motor manufacturer of tubular motor factory inspection increases. Using manual testing, testing inefficient, and test error. The combination of these reasons in this article, the use of new design ideas, high-performance embedded microcontroller design of automatic test system based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core microcontroller tubular motor. The system to improve the pass rate of tubular motor factory, to promote of intelligent motor test system in the production process, to promote the technology of intelligent instrument industry update, which is a subject that has a good academic value and market efficiency. This thesis is in accordance with the technical requirements of the tubular motor manufacturers as well as survey summarizes entire motor testing process needs. RS485 bus module communication structure as well as factory-quality requirements for tubular motor, designed rotary encoder, current and voltage sensors and the STM32-based real-time display, analysis and comparison of stored records, automated testing of intelligent features tubular motor automatically test system. Development of the Intelligent Test System instead of the traditional manual testing process fully automated testing process, to overcome the existing manual testing process, testing inefficient, the big error reading shortcomings greatly improve the efficiency of the test motor parameters. Entire the smart test system by the mechanical parts of the circuit part and the software part. Mechanical parts including transmissions, sample stage, and the appearance of the instrument design. The circuit portion includes a relay control circuit, and signal acquisition circuit, the signal processing circuit, the SD card memory circuit, LCD display circuit, a communication interface circuit, the electrical resistance measuring circuit, CAN bus communication control circuit. The software part includes system software design, PC computer software design and formulation of system CAN and serial communication protocol. The system software includes a program control circuit, the signal processing, LCD display, the communication protocol between the file system of the SD card, the module. The PC software as a host computer, which is responsible for the PC test system data exchange, and provide a good test on a PC operator interface for customers. In the actual use of the factory workshop, indicating that the tester has test high efficiency, high precision, simple test can be used in the analysis and detection of tubular motor performance, to ensure the the tubular motor performance and factory pass rate, promote tubular motor applications in everyday life, there are good practical value. In addition, the tester is easy to expand, expansion can also test the performance of other types of motor, and has broad application prospects in the automated test industry.
