As the globalization developing, our society has becoming more and more many-faceted, and so there are more requirements on qualified persons, who must own diversiform viewpoints and abilities. The paper tries to, under the modern background of varied time, give some suggestions on the innovation of curriculum in Chinese high schools, focusing on the level of undergraduates. Ascending to the origin and development of diversity curriculum in colleges and universities through two clues, analyzing the experiences of innovating curriculum in U.S.A and using some of them for references, then the author tried to think about the present situation in our country.The paper can be divided into four chapters. In Chapter One, it ascends to the origin and development of diversity curriculum, analyzing the development facts and the theory basis. Then Chapter Two, it emphasizes on the American experiences and practices: showing the development; how to carry it out; the value and the most successful factors and something we can take advantages. In Chapter Three, we can see the author’s investigations and researches in real practice, checking diversity curriculums in several high schools, also, the author’s deep thoughts about the field. In Chapter Four, the author emphasized on three sub-systems: how the curriculum designed; how it carried out and how it assessed. While presenting this, the chapter also says: the idea of diversity curriculum must be fully concerned in education and thus a completely diversity curriculum system can be set up including contents, practices and assessments.Based on the changing environment of internal and external education, the paper studies the diversity curriculum. And proposes some suggestions for the diversity curriculum through summing up, discussing, rethinking the practice development of diversity curriculum at home and abroad. This study can enrich the theory about the curriculum and teaching in colleges and universities. And it also has practice significances in promoting the practice development of curriculum and teaching in colleges and universities.
