Standby power system in accordance with user needs is a supply of power, it has two working models, one model is through its own power generation as diesel generator power through the appropriate power transform to the user, another model is to connect industrial power grid, and then transform to the users need energy parameters. Standby power supply system as the user’s power, in a sense the whole system are based on the power system, its reliability and stability are the roots of user’s equipment quality work.Control system for power system control its steady and harmonious working, power system is composed of a number of subsystems, the control system through the network wiring or hardware for the various sub-systems use both centralized supervising and decentralized control. Control system can be divided into two functions: the control system power supply and the whole power system monitor.After a deeper understanding of power system on the working principle, carried out a detailed program design of control system, including the control system controller DSP2407 digital signal processor selection, the control system network architecture about communication with upper central control system using RS-485 and the lower controller using CAN, self-provided for control system power supply converter topology selection.During the detailed design stage, for the hardware, design the DSP2407 external interface circuit. For software, adopt the variable parameter PID control method to the control system power, and compared with PID control simulation shows a better control effect; Do a detailed analysis of communications design principles and its procedures; Give processes and control procedures of the standby power control system; finally, analysis in the software design about several issues that needed to be resolved.
