TNCs are an important driving force of economic globalization, but also the current global economic development of the most active body, which through the establishment of the entity in the world to implement its global strategy, the most basic and most widely used internal organizational structure is the parent company in the form. In this form of organization, the multinational parent company is legally separate legal entities, but due to a global multinational business strategy and management of concentration, often in a subsidiary under the control of the parent company to lose some autonomy. Multinational parent company is legally independent of each other and their close contact in the economy form a pair of sharp contradictions, the parent company to escape through the legal independence operational risks by overseas subsidiaries bear the adverse consequences of a serious infringement of the host country subsidiary minority shareholders and creditors, and even turn against the interests of the host country. Taken mechanisms to investigate multinational parent company debt obligations of its subsidiary, which has become an international economic law scholar had to face a major issue. In this paper, Drawing on previous research on relevant issues, based on the analysis of the multinational parent company debt obligations causes of the problem, and the world's remaining obligations on transnational mother about the theory and practice of typical legislation to be introduced and evaluated. Drawing on experience of other countries, based on the current situation based on our legislation, analysis and concrete proposals. This paper is divided into four chapters: The first chapter introduces the basic concepts of multinational parent company, and through the kinds of structural characteristics analysis, from the theoretical and practical significance proposed multinational parent company liable for its subsidiaries' debt problems. The second chapter describes the multinational parent company of a number of theoretical issues debt obligations, and a variety of basic concepts and theories related to the theoretical value are discussed.
