With the development of the social economy and the reform of the management system , the importance of the monitoring of the grid voltage and current harmonics become increasingly prominent. Developed voltage and current harmonics monitoring system has become the prerequisite for the implementation of the relevant technical standards . This paper first introduces the the grid detection systems and application for power quality monitoring of the status quo and development , as well as the application and market demand , the design and development of the research topics of the three-phase voltage and current harmonics monitoring instrumentation , and determine its system application structure , instrumentation functionality and performance indicators . The meter 32 PT and CT sampling the three-phase voltage and current fed ARM7TDMI core LPC210x microcontroller processing system using the fast Fourier transform calculation of the three-phase voltage / current harmonics , power electricity parameters , and through RS232/RS485 , IC card , MODEM variety of interfaces and management information system for data communication . Instrument software design , real-time multitasking operating system , a unified control and management of all tasks , modular application development tasks hierarchical . Finally , on the subject are summarized and recommendations for future work .
