Three-phase asynchronous motors are widely used in industrial and agricultural production and daily life , the asynchronous motor , however , the failure rate also ranks first of a variety of electrical equipment . With the development of the theory of motor protection , motor microcomputer protection system function has a relatively complete , comprehensive , but are run independently , can not network protection setting value changes must go to the site , which was very convenient , but can not be remote, centralized monitoring. Access to a large number of documents on the basis of a three-phase asynchronous motor as the research object to design intelligent motor protection device and network monitoring system as the core to the Intel 16 - bit single-chip microprocessor 80C196KC . This paper first introduces the method of symmetrical components , analysis of symmetrical components solve asymmetric three - phase asynchronous motor failure ( such as loss of phase ) when . Then the motor phase-to-phase short circuit , stall , phase failure, overload , over -and undervoltage and other common electrical faults analyzed in detail , and combined 80C196KC microcontroller features high reliability , the implementation of a strong fault protection to achieve method. According to the proposed all kinds of fault protection implementation methods , design and control core 80C196KC for full motor protection device hardware circuit is given full protection device system software implementations , and RS-485 bus - based remote multi-machine monitoring network implementation , and the PC remote monitoring software designed using Visual Basic 6.0 . In the end of the analysis of the interference problems that may exist in the system , and put forward some specific measures for anti-jamming hardware and software .
