Increasingly stringent emissions regulations and higher safety and comfort requirements ECU control strategy that is increasingly complex , more and more difficult to develop traditional detection methods can not meet the complex ECU testing needs . In order to shorten the development cycle , saving the cost of development , conducted a comprehensive study of the real-time dynamic model of the high-pressure common rail diesel engine in the loop simulation environment . The software in the loop system with strict real-time requirements , and system convergence close of the basic characteristics of real-time simulation system critical to the design of the dynamic model , which determines the feasibility and reliability of the entire system . Using a modular approach , according to the module principle of independence and the principles of physical division entire simulation system virtualization investigated object is broken down , and one by one modeling . MATLAB / Simulink simulation modeling tools and the establishment of a zero-dimensional model of the high-pressure common-rail diesel engine , and its simulation testing , simulation and experimental results agree well with theoretical significance and practical value . In all models module , the engine 's combustion module affect engine performance and the impact of real-time simulation of the main factors is an important part of the modeling work . After a comprehensive comparison of the various factors , the choice of the Vibe combustion model . Finally, the results of the real-time operation of the simulation system and the actual test data comparison , confirmed the establishment of model is reasonable .
