Secondly, to increase the funds that invested to agricultural production, especially invested to agricultural technologystudying and spreading.The government should set up a new system of agricultural investment Last but not least, to develop our country’s scalization and centralization of produce industry, making the produce processing enterprises become strong.Only the essencial reasons have been resolved, there is possibility to solve the vexed problem of lacking effective applicants in applying for anti-dumping investigation.
