The circulating water system is a thermal power plant auxiliary system , it plays a pivotal role in the safe and economic operation of the power plant . Changes in the circulating water flow directly affect the condenser vacuum , will eventually affect the electric power of the turbine . At present, ignore many important factors in determining the Optimum Vacuum of Condenser and best circulating water flow calculation process . Also in the calculation of the backpressure change Turbine electric power also does not affect a uniform calculation method . This makes the Optimum Vacuum of Condenser and best circulating water flow calculation results biased , and thus can not guarantee that the turbine circulating water system to run at the optimum operating conditions . For the above reasons , the paper first turbogenerator electric power Pressure on several methods were compared and analyzed so as to come in the process of calculation of back pressure changes in electric power turbogenerator impact equivalent heat drop the method is a simple and accurate method of calculation . Secondly, the Optimum Vacuum of Condenser and the best circulating water flow calculation correction . The cost of recycled water that is considered in the calculation of the best combinations of Optimum Vacuum of Condenser and circulating pump , the consumption power of the resistance loss of steam turbine exhaust steam , boiler make-up water , air ejector ( or vacuum pump ) , the condensate of dissolved oxygen Condenser cleaning coefficient, the ultimate vacuum, the circulating water of a minimum flow rate , condensate undercooling these factors. Finally, it is proposed to consider the Optimum Vacuum of Condenser and the best circulating water flow method for determining these factors . This method can guarantee the Optimum Vacuum of Condenser and best circulating water flow calculation results closer to the actual optimal value .
