The conversion of high school students with learning difficulties in Maths, is under the joint efforts of teachers, families and students with LD themselves, through a variety of strategies to improve their Maths score.At present, there are many researches about students with LD, but for students with LD in Maths, especially for high school students with LD are little. The conversion strategy of high school students with LD in Maths is an interesting topic.In the paper, the definition of students with LD is based on the overall level of class, under the premise that body and intelligence are normal, according to the score of sutdents, the definition of students with LD have three standards. the number of students with LD is controled under 30%. According to the characteristics of high school mathematics, the author made a survey about status of high school Maths. The results showed that:excellent students and students with LD have significant difference in non-intellectual factors, metacognition lever, teacher-student relationship.Causes of high schools students with LD in Maths includ:1. non-intellectual factors including lack of motivation, learning attitude is wrong, weak interest in learning, emotional instability, anxiety imbalanc, willpower, the lack of self-confidence; 2. inability to concentrate;3. attribution of success or failure is wrong;4. mathematical foundation is weak, mathematical thinking is lagging;5.improper learning methods, low metacognition lever; 6. bad family environment; 11. teachers;12. bad social environment and other reasons.The conversion strategies of high school students with LD in Maths include:1. establish files of students with LD; 2. counseling; 3. improve teaching strategies; 4. strengthen after school tutoring; 5. strengthen the study methods; 6. improve the learning environment; 7. excellent students help the students with LD, mark homework face to face, etc.In the teaching process, the author carried out three researches about conversion of high school students with LD in Maths, and constantly improve and refine the strategies. The results show:through the application of the conversion strategies of high school students with LD in Maths, their Maths score are improved, the strategies are effective.
