Over the past decade, many cities have to build or renovate a public bath building. The improvement of living standards, the spirit rising demand, prompting increasingly colorful bathing space function types and architectural forms. However, due to the rapid development and to build a large number of bath center, the lack of a summary of the architectural design and improvements, so a lot of bathing space design there are widespread problems. In this paper, the research of bathing space functions, flow lines, and security problems, the use of the use of evaluation theory and method, the system compiled analysis of public bath building user views the use of the construction of various facilities, including bath center function, flow lines, environmental and security aspects of the successes and shortcomings and suggest improvements. This dissertation research can provide a theoretical basis for guiding new public bath building, to prevent the same mistakes, to avoid widespread architectural design problem, save economic resources, new bath center features more applicable to a more reasonable cost, the use of more safe and convenient. This paper studies evaluation theory and methods of use of use users psychological behavior of the bath center, architectural function, passenger routes and safety issues such as research, combined with site visits, questionnaires, interviews and other technical means to collect, summed up the user use feedback information of the built environment, the use of the methods of scientific analysis, to study the data, resulting in the relationship between the information in the bathing needs of architectural space design, and designed to provide the scientific and objective basis for bathing space. This thesis is divided into the following five parts: Part I: Introduction This section is part of the papers to ask questions, and introduces the research background, research purposes and its theoretical and practical significance, this issue is the scope of the study, as well as the research methods and research framework. Part II: Summary of public bathing culture at home and abroad in this section introduces the course of development of the public bathing culture at home and abroad, as well as domestic and foreign public bath architectural design of the status quo, and finally make a Chapter Summary. Part III: public bathing space design in this part of the study design principles and requirements of the public bathing space, the space of four aspects of the bath building design from architectural features indoor and outdoor space, traffic flow lines, fire evacuation and make Chapter Summary. Part IV: the use of the public bath space evaluation study of this part of the problem-solving part of the thesis, the use of the use of evaluation theory and methods to conduct research on the the bath center's users psychological behavior, architectural features, passenger routes and security issues, combined with site visits, questionnaires, interviews, and other technical means to collect, summed up the user feedback on the use of the built environment, analyze, study and summarize, to obtain the relationship between the information in the bathing needs of architectural space design, design for the bath space scientific and objective basis. Finally, draw the conclusions of this paper.
