Teaching and research is a school disciplinary teaching professional grass-roots organization that is subject teachers to improve the professional level of knowledge, sharing of experience and exchange of teaching the basic unit of teaching and scientific research . Teacher professional standards, teaching , study of law reform , teaching and research assume important responsibilities . Teaching and research work is directly related to the quality of teaching in schools . For a long time , due to multiple factors, the research group failed to fully play its due role. With the new curriculum reform of basic education , with the new features of the course curriculum , structure, content, implementation , evaluation and management of other aspects than the original have been major innovations and breakthroughs. Face teaching objectives, structure , content, methods and evaluation of new requirements , teachers should learn to reflect , and through teaching and research activities , in cooperation development , growth in teaching . This is even more urgently requires teaching and research to strengthen itself , to enrich the content of teaching and research activities , improve the quality of teaching and research activities . To this end , we propose a learning organization with the theory and technology to guide the construction of the idea of ??learning teaching and research in school leadership and Yin Timei all teachers teaching and research carried out under the support of teaching and research building learning-oriented action research .
