To Study the Prognostic Factors That Effect the Survival Rate of Stage Ⅱ CRC Petients after Radical Resection

The purpose of looking for the impact of Phase Ⅱ in patients with colorectal cancer cure prognostic factors for survival . The Phase Ⅱ Methods radical mastectomy primary colorectal cancer cases, 159 cases , medical records clinicopathological factors of 21 and 5 years of follow-up data . And take the patient's archive paraffin blocks , sliced ??SP immunohistochemical method to detect P53 cerbB -2 , VEGF , CD44 four gene protein expression . Results of P53, cerbB -2 , VEGF , CD44 protein positive expression rate of 159 cases of colorectal cancer tissues were 58.5% ( 93 / 159 ) , 26.4% ( 42 / 159 ) , 57.9% ( 92 / 159 ) , 40.0% ( 54 / 159 ) . Molecular biology markers with clinicopathological parameters by univariate analysis , α = 0.05 level results : tumor size, depth of invasion , invasion of adjacent organs , nerve invasion , lymph node dissection number and ileus six significant prognostic factors ( P <0.05 ) . Cox multivariate analysis showed : tumor size (X6), tumor infiltration depth ( X9) , an independent predictor of lymph node dissection number (X11) and ileus (X15) affect Ⅱ stage colorectal cancer patients after radical resection of the prognosis , RR were 0.22,4.62,4.20 and 8.62 . Thereby established prognostic model : h (t = h0 ( t) exp ( - 1.4980X6 1.4356X11 1.5294X9 2.1543X15 ) when the prognostic index ≥ 0.7457 , poor prognosis of patients with the outcome ; prognostic index < 0.7457 , the prognosis of patients ending better . conclusions tumor size , depth of invasion , lymph node dissection number and intestinal obstruction is the impact of the ⅱ stage colorectal cancer patients were independent prognostic indicators , thereby establishing a prognostic model has a higher credibility degrees , for clinicians individual prognostic outcome in patients with colorectal cancer is estimated to provide a better tool .
