With the acceleration of urbanization , the number of floating population into cities constantly rising, led to a large number of housing demand . The floating population of spontaneous settlements in the suburban fringe or \To avoid embark on the renovation of the old road of Western slum , Suzhou take the floating population of the area set by the government to guide the construction of places centralized management model . Second, the demand characteristics of the user's summary and analysis of demand influencing factors for the deep-level profiling and public service facilities , the contradiction between supply and demand from institutional and policy level , the level of market development , planning and control level . Finally , for the problem of three levels , from the updated ideas and improve relevant policies to regulate the construction and management at all levels of planning control , construction scale and spatial layout , proposed a set of places this particular settlements in the area of public service facilities configuration specific measures. Set sink area as a transitional product of a particular stage of urbanization , the final move in the direction of community-based development , therefore , should follow the principle of dynamic configuration of public service facilities and the improvement of the quality of the living environment and living standards balanced , phased configuration flexibility , and ultimately the formation of community-based configuration model .
