Gasifier is integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) important part of the nonlinear, multivariable coupling and control constraints and other characteristics, its control is very difficult. Firstly, the relative gain matrix (RGA), the effective relative gain matrix (ERGA) and Singular Value (SVD) and other methods for ALSTOM gasifier control structure is analyzed, proposed decentralized control programs, and on this basis, the dispersion tuning controller. Simulation results show that the system does not consider the dynamics and control constraints , based on the above method decentralized control scheme does not meet the design requirements. Subsequently, this paper H_ ∞ loop shaping method using a multivariable controller design , and translate them into PID controller , the simulation results show that the controller can meet the design requirements.
