With the development of the world economy , more and more human energy demand , limited oil resources has failed to meet human needs , the development and use of alternative fuels by the attention of the world . Ethanol as a renewable energy in line with the sustainable development of strategic thinking . With increasingly stringent engine emissions regulations and the increasingly high demand on the economy of the engine , HCCI combustion technology has aroused concern at the potential of the internal combustion engine to save energy and reduce emissions . For these reasons this article fast compressor on PRF90 and E10 the HCCI combustion test . By changing the E10 and PRF90 the intake air temperature and excess air ratio , studied both fuel under different boundary conditions , HCCI combustion pressure , rate of pressure rise , heat release rate , combustion temperature , combustion starting point and combustion duration variation . And compared under the same boundary conditions E10 and PRF90 of combustion characteristics , obtained after the addition of 10% ethanol combustion characteristics . Combined with chemical kinetics basics and test fuel oxidation mechanism of the test results were analyzed and excess air ratio has significant effect on the combustion characteristics ; intake air temperature is only a starting point of combustion affect other characteristics relatively ; joining the starting point of the influence of 10% ethanol on the combustion obviously, the larger the impact of the combustion duration , rise rate of the combustion pressure , temperature, pressure , heat release rate was less affected .
