Urinary protein is a chemical in the urine , proteinuria is human daily from the amount of protein in urine than normal reference range (lt; 0.20g / L) terms . Proteinuria is one of the most common clinical manifestations of kidney disease , and thus urine protein detection has become an important indicator of the clinical diagnosis of kidney disease , differential diagnosis and efficacy . And 30 healthy subjects and 120 patients with abnormal urinary protein specimens were detected and analyzed , and the results show the urine protein immunofixation electrophoresis after high - voltage fast separable four protein regions , namely physiological proteinuria, glomerular proteinuria, tubular proteinuria , and mixed proteinuria , glomerular proteinuria is divided into selective proteinuria , intermediate proteinuria and non- selective proteinuria . Favorable clinics based on the clinical judgment of the location and degree of kidney damage . High - voltage fast immunofixation electrophoresis detection sensitivity and high specificity , the method is simple and intuitive , easy to analyze the advantages , laboratory indicators of better diagnosis and differential diagnosis of proteinuria in patients with clinical value [3 ] .
