Urinary protein is a chemical in the urine , proteinuria is human daily from the amount of protein in urine than normal reference range (lt; 0.20g / L) terms . Under physiological conditions, the human body every day from the urine protein between 50-150mg , mainly to albumin . Various pathogenic factors acting on the kidneys, impaired renal units , the glomerular filtration membrane pore barrier and / or charge barrier and tubular structure and function damage , the increase of plasma proteins by glomerular filtration , tubular reabsorption reduce and / or tissue protein release increased , so that the increase in the protein content of the urine form proteinuria [ 1 ] . Proteinuria is one of the most common clinical manifestations of kidney disease , and thus urine protein detection has become an important indicator of the clinical diagnosis of kidney disease , differential diagnosis and efficacy . From 1695 Dekkers use the acidification and heating method confirmed the presence of protein in the urine [ 2 ] So far , after more than 300 years of a long journey , many domestic and foreign experts urine protein detection methods and clinical applications , the study reported , to determine the current alkaloids urine protein quantitation for routine clinical applications represent some of the detection method , but still there are not intuitive determination , separation is unclear and expensive inadequacies. To establish an intuitive , clear , fast and low-cost urine protein detection methods , this study is based on the principle of immunity and electrophoresis agarose gel supports, the use of the existing conditions in the laboratory , the establishment of a high-voltage , fast immunofixation electrophoresis detection method . And 30 healthy subjects and 120 patients with abnormal urinary protein specimens were detected and analyzed , and the results show the urine protein immunofixation electrophoresis after high - voltage fast separable four protein regions , namely physiological proteinuria, glomerular proteinuria, tubular proteinuria , and mixed proteinuria , glomerular proteinuria is divided into selective proteinuria , intermediate proteinuria and non- selective proteinuria . Favorable clinics based on the clinical judgment of the location and degree of kidney damage . High - voltage fast immunofixation electrophoresis detection sensitivity and high specificity , the method is simple and intuitive , easy to analyze the advantages , laboratory indicators of better diagnosis and differential diagnosis of proteinuria in patients with clinical value [3 ] .
