Thesis based on Chinese aid survey of geology and mineral resources of the republic of Madagascar, through Mr. Della 1:50000 card area geochemical survey project, according to the national standards for large scale field survey, obtain first-hand geochemical survey sample. Geochemical analysis of all the samples, a total of 38 kinds of elements. Selection of 19 kinds of element using the R factor analysis method to find the main factor, orthogonal varimax rotation solution based on load (including factors and factor score); R type load factor is used to change the original data matrix of indicating significance to trace element variables are divided into a few more elements of the portfolio; Respectively to represent each element combination type R factor score do statistical processing, gradually eliminate high value points, calculate the representative elements of the various factors combined background average and standard deviation of the delta X, which in turn determine the element composition anomaly threshold T1 and abnormal limit T2, and draw elements combination anomalies, related geological explanation and study of the regional geochemical spatial distribution characteristics.
