How to build a high-quality teachers is the main theme of university development process. Highly qualified teachers is the key to establish a scientific and feasible college teachers performance evaluation theory and ideas. Formulation combined with the actual situation of teacher evaluation system can not only stimulate the potential to improve the ability to innovate, to guide teachers to a higher level, there are also conducive to academic progress, to improve the overall level of the school.
