Urban traffic congestion main reason is the car more than road, lack of road resources. The bus is a low power, high efficiency of transportation. Compared to private cars, buses occupy relatively the road less resources, high transport capacity, and environmental pollution; compared to light rail, subway and rail traffic, buses less investment, quick line adjustment is more flexible. Therefore, the full and effective development of public transportation system is one of the effective means to ease urban traffic congestion. However, the bus system as a traffic bottleneck in the city traffic stops, if set incorrectly will cause serious impact on traffic flow, not only will affect the operating efficiency of the public transportation system, but also reduce social running speed of the vehicle. This article from which the study the dock standing bus lines and the impact of road traffic, the use of cellular automata model to modeling and simulation, and analysis bays in the road vehicle and roadside stops, and analysis of the stops traffic uneven road traffic flow. The main work of this paper are as follows: 1. Using cellular automata model, the modeling and simulation analysis of periodic boundary conditions on the two-lane mixed traffic system bus lines. Basic diagram of the rendering system, the space-time diagram of bus lines on the evolution of two-lane traffic flow characteristics and operating efficiency, and to compare the pros and cons for Harbour Bay docks. Simulation results show that the system in the presence of the different characteristics of the four traffic evolution density area, a small bay bus lines stop system of traffic flow system is superior to the bus bays. 2. Consider the reality of buses by a certain time interval on the grid, while the open boundary just be able to simulate it. The part on the basis of previous research, the establishment of open boundary conditions with the bus lines, two-lane mixed traffic system model, a more realistic simulation of a real bus lines, further validation of bus bays system is superior to non- bus bays in the system. Consider the unbalanced nature of the reality of the bus station passenger flow, that is, in the central business district and some of the large public facilities near the station passenger arrival rate and alighting probability is relatively high, so further consider the model of bus lines stop passenger uneven factors. Analog bus lines, the line in a station set for high traffic sites, analysis of the stations around the vehicle driving conditions and the impact of bus lines running. The results show that traffic compared to the previous decline significantly different from the other site of the blockage with, and at the station.
