With the Chinese sporting nation a step toward sports power, the National Fitness Program in China in full swing, physical education has been unprecedented attention, how to improve the level of physical education teaching college sports teachers should consider. College sports teachers in teaching to cultivate the spirit of lifelong learning should exercise self-evaluation of the ability to enhance the college sports teachers' sense of self-evaluation is the premise of advocating the spirit of lifelong learning, the level of college physical education teaching lies in the ability to self-evaluation of the physical education teachers weak. In college sports teaching physical education teachers continue to highlight the dominant position of the self-evaluation of the physical education teachers has become a bottleneck restricting teachers' professional development. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to Universities in Changchun City, the first line of physical education teachers and physical education experts as the representative for the survey, to understand the status of teachers 'self-evaluations in the vision of the physical education teachers, and systems analysis, in-depth analysis, digging in the teachers' self- evaluation and analysis of the impact of the current teachers 'self-evaluation effectiveness factors, explore the countermeasures sports practice teaching, the real function of teachers' self-evaluation in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers, to promote the professional development of teachers. Absorbed in the process of writing this article domestic experts and scholars in teacher self-evaluation, teachers reflect on the issue of research, used mainly in research methods of literature study, questionnaire, interview, experienced on the style theory elaborate - An Empirical Study - Cause Analysis - the Countermeasures full process. From Changchun City College Physical Education Teachers ability of self-evaluation as the starting point, analyzed PE teacher self-evaluation literature materials, through the the requirements summary of the quality of PE teaching characteristics and their physical education teachers and the use of a variety of research methods to understand the Changchun City college sports teachers' ability to self-evaluation of the status quo. Analysis of the factors that affect the ability to self-evaluation of the physical education teachers, also find the ability of self-evaluation of the physical education teachers ways and upgrade strategies. The results show that: the culture of college sports teachers the ability to self-evaluation to enhance the level of college physical education teaching, and also a new method to cultivate the spirit of lifelong learning. Also for the formation of all-round development of the students, outlook on life, successfully entered the community laid the foundation for an important sense, the ability of self-evaluation of physical education teachers in the College Physical Education.
