Polymer Grouting Technology in highway maintenance at home and abroad has been made in good engineering people falling weight deflectometer (FWD) , dynamic simulation and rigid semi- rigid asphalt pavement structure in dynamic loads Dynamic response analysis has a certain amount of research , but little research evaluation and engineering effects polymer Grouting asphalt pavement structural dynamic response . This article is around these introduced polymer grouting technology, and polymer materials , physical and mechanical properties , select the appropriate polymer computing model , respectively, in the two-dimensional and three-dimensional finite element model to analyze the grouting the dynamic response of the asphalt pavement structure , and the use of detection and ground penetrating radar on FWD two nondestructive testing technology polymer Grouting asphalt pavement structure effect evaluation , the main contents of this paper include : ( 1 ) asphalt Pavement structure common diseases and the traditional repair methods to generalize , to point out the deficiencies of the traditional methods , through the introduction of reinforcement principles , grouting steps and processes of the various properties of the polymer grouting materials and polymer grouting technology at home and abroad application instance , road maintenance and analyze the advantages of polymer grouting asphalt pavement structure maintenance . (2) through the analysis of various polymer materials indoor test results , select the appropriate finite element model and analysis parameters , and to provide the conditions for analysis using ANSYS . ( 3 ) detailed the pavement structural dynamics numerical analysis of the basic theory and FWD works and the dynamic response analysis using ANSYS finite element analysis software , FWD under dynamic load response before grouting asphalt pavement structure for analysis polymer grouting asphalt pavement structure based on dynamic response . (4) using ANSYS finite element analysis software , finite element analysis on the dynamic response of asphalt pavement structure FWD dynamic Polymer Grouting calculate the surface layer modulus , the thickness of the surface layer , the foundation modulus and subgrade modulus load at the center point deflection and the top of the polymer layer parties up stress . ( 5 ) through the introduction of FWD and ground-penetrating radar works , before and after contrast polymer grouting asphalt pavement structure test results , and then get these two non-destructive detection of the the grouting effect evaluation of asphalt pavement structure is feasible .
