Congestion is currently facing major cities . Solve the congestion from two aspects to optimize traffic supply and curb demand for transport , as an important urban transportation demand management measures , the Congestion Charge is concerned more and more traffic researchers , it can effectively inhibit traffic trip generation , reducing congestion . Firstly explained from the point of view of economics traffic congestion charges theory , analysis of influencing factors of congestion pricing .
