This paper discusses from January 27, 1973 after the signing of the Paris Agreement, to April 30, 1975 until the capture of Saigon by the North Vietnamese, Vietnamese reunification of the war. Addition to the introduction, the text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter focuses on the Paris Agreement signed after South Vietnam situation. North and South America in order to promote Vietnam signed the Paris Agreement, guaranteed not to abandon it to the South Vietnamese, and North Vietnam indicate, after a certain interval of non-intervention in the North Vietnamese offensive against South Vietnam. Chapter V analyzes the North Vietnamese victory in South Vietnam failed. External factors affecting the outcome of the war is enormous. U.S. abandoned South Vietnam, a sharp reduction in its assistance to sit back one step in dire straits, while at the same time, the Soviet Union and China has been economically and militarily strong support of North Vietnam. In addition, the South Vietnamese political corruption, corrupt regime, while the North Vietnamese, but morale, in order to unify at any price. These reasons that ultimately led to the North Vietnamese victory in South Vietnam, the outcome of failure.
