Evaluation of teacher professional development activities , the ability to record and judge these activities is valuable teacher growth and provide recommendations for future improvements . Evaluation can stimulate teachers to reflect and promote their own growth . Therefore , the use of evaluation tools to promote the professional development of teachers , education managers, the majority of teachers are a subject of concern . This study is based on the status quo of China 's primary and secondary school teachers ' professional development evaluation , to explore how best to implement teacher professional development evaluation in order to promote the professional development of teachers in our country . The thesis consists of five parts: The first part introduces the basic concepts of teacher evaluation , teacher professional development , teacher professional development evaluation ; second part of the world , the development of teacher evaluation overview of teacher evaluation development trajectory ; third part of the the main content of the evaluation of teachers' professional development and the basic principles were elaborated ; fourth part in the investigation and analysis of evaluation of our teachers on the basis of the current incentive system of teacher evaluation and development system of teacher evaluation compared ; the fifth section presents the implementation of the professional development of teachers in our evaluation , the idea of ??combining the two evaluation systems should learn from foreign teachers 'professional development evaluation mode , classroom teaching evaluation example explore our teachers' professional development evaluation models and implementation steps , made several suggestions on how effective implementation of teacher professional development evaluation . The focus of the study is the third , fourth, fifth part .
