Research on Undergraduate’s Credibility of Information Comments on Online Shopping Based on Different Types of Website

In recent five years , Chinese consumers especially the younger generation have changed a lot in in the way of shopping. This change Completely changed the traditional way of shopping. It is called online shopping.As the Internet increasingly becomes one part of People’s Daily life, with the Internet people can do more and more On-the-spot things previously.Online shopping has become widely used as one part of the Internet. Online shopping is becoming very mature at overseas especially in European and American countries because of its perfect credit evaluation mechanism, refund mechanisms and advanced distribution systems, but it has developed in China only since recent years, since its development time is short, the mechanism of Chinese online shopping is still not mature, there are many aspects of research is needed to discuss by related scholars. Recently more scholars study the trust of Internet consumption. This study set website types as the dependent variable, and divide the website into B to C website and C to C website, professional web sites and comprehensive website, shopping leading website and comment leading website.On this basis, through the questionnaire survey, we draw the conclusion of college students consumers to the credibility of information network comments . The survey results show that: (1) The credibility of the comments information above the B to C website are far lower than that of C to C website; (2) The credibility of the comments information above the professional website are higher than that of comprehensive website. (3) The credibility of the comments information above the comment leading website is not higher than that of shopping leading website, but are slightly lower than shopping leading web site.
