Industrialized society, the gradual transition to the \Social restructuring have led to changes in the structure of social talent, and thus also lead to a change in the relationship between work and learning. In the context of the rapid development of knowledge, science and technology, in the past \process. Therefore, it emerges a new topic - \The main concern of this study is one of a typical representative of the knowledge-based talent-IT industry software engineers workplace learning. The study is divided into two. First research Basics, clarify the research background, topics reasons, research design and research literature review. Research questions which the study design and the process includes the definition of the conditions of the target groups identified, sampling, methods of data collection and collation, and text analysis methods outlined. Part II presents the results of the study. Which can be roughly divided into research discoveries and research to reflect on two parts. Chapter by grounded theory analysis demonstrated workplace specific knowledge, skills, learning development process, specific performance workplace learning contents, methods and impact factors. Chapter try to apply focus analysis to define identity from a professional point of view and analysis of workplace learning, specifically with the cultural identity of the individual in the process of professional development, gender identity, identity and knowledge structure. Chapter V is the theoretical system of the more mature \Based on research in the international workplace learning, workplace learning for specific groups of China's IT industry, software engineers further research sociological sense, from the perspective of workplace knowledge, skills development, bias perspective of professional identity, practice-biased perspective on this issue has made its own construction. I hope this study is a breakthrough for China's IT industry, personnel training mode to play a supporting or reference!
