Industrialized society, the gradual transition to the \Social restructuring have led to changes in the structure of social talent, and thus also lead to a change in the relationship between work and learning. In the context of the rapid development of knowledge, science and technology, in the past \process. Therefore, it emerges a new topic - \The main concern of this study is one of a typical representative of the knowledge-based talent-IT industry software engineers workplace learning. The study is divided into two. First research Basics, clarify the research background, topics reasons, research design and research literature review. Research questions which the study design and the process includes the definition of the conditions of the target groups identified, sampling, methods of data collection and collation, and text analysis methods outlined. Part II presents the results of the study. Which can be roughly divided into research discoveries and research to reflect on two parts.
