In today's engineering development , software has played a central role in some of the system itself is a software system . Large-scale software systems in a number of important areas , complex logic , tend to have high demands on reliability and security . Software reliability assessment is an important means to ensure and improve the quality of software is also an important area of computer engineering . Software reliability assessment , you can get the software reliability parameters can quantify the quality of software , so as to build confidence for the users of the software . As a method to improve the quality and reliability of software , software reliability in terms of software engineering in theory and in practice are of great significance , become the focus of current research . This article focuses on research software failure data and software reliability assessment on this basis . The research software reliability trend analysis methods , as well as the reliability model, selected on the basis of known reliability trend study evaluated the reliability assessment of quality . The thesis consists of two parts , the first part consists of one, two , three chapters . The first chapter introduces the research background and research contents of software reliability , and a broad overview of the current software reliability assessment method ; second chapter introduces the basic concepts and principles of software reliability assessment , reliability relevant parameters ; Chapter major research software reliability model focuses on several reliability growth model , and the general reliability modeling process . The second part of the fourth, fifth and sixth chapters , is the focus of this paper . Chapter 4 first study the precise definition of failure data and failure data collected principle , then study the reliability of trend analysis method , and then study the accuracy of the technical evaluation of a model to predict the depth to improve software reliability prediction quality method. Chapter V design a software reliability analysis tool (SRAT) . Chapter VI Conclusion introduce the achievements and characteristics of the paper , and statement of deficiencies and future research .
