Forest ecosystem management concept has been proposed for decades, but how on forest ecosystems for effective use and management of no scientific conclusion. Good first step in forest ecosystem management of forest ecosystems should be an objective evaluation to evaluation results as a reference for operating decisions of continuous improvement and optimization. At present, China's forest ecosystem assessment for a lot of research, mainly focused on ecological security and ecosystem structure or function of the internal microscopic evaluation, but also is not based on macro-level evaluation system, which separates the characteristics of the system itself. Through the relevant theoretical system and analyze the relevant literature, studies suggest that the integrity of the state of forest ecosystems, including forest ecosystems should be the most important objective nature of the structure and function of the system is complete. This paper analyzes the forest ecosystem structure and function, we proposed: forest ecosystems in the structure and functional changes greatly influenced by human interference, therefore, the establishment of evaluation system pressure should pay attention to human disturbance impact on the system, from the macro perspective on forest ecosystems objective and comprehensive quantitative evaluation. In this paper, a more mature \Through the previous screening and quantitative methods in the indicator on the summary, the establishment of evaluation system proposed evaluation model. Model uses composite index method: the Delphi method to get the index score, and then draw AHP index weights, get pressure, state, response layer sub-indices of the sub-indices are weighted averaging are evaluated Composite Index. In this paper, empirical studies to Hanshou County as the study area. On the basis of data acquisition pay attention to science and efficiency, emphasizing the consistency of data and indicators in time, landscape aspects of data through geographic information system to extract vector information. Quantitative analysis of the underlying data in more use of national standards and the results of previous studies for the evaluation of science to provide protection. Article final evaluation level delineated limits of forest ecosystem integrity is divided into five levels, draw Hanson County forest ecosystem assessment index was 2.7588, is \indicators are: forest landscape mosaic degrees, patch shape fragmentation, forest products consumption, population density problems and solid pollutant emissions, as Hanson County forest ecosystem management decision-making reference. This empirical study makes the whole evaluation work to be constantly adjusted, modified to hasten improvement. This article from the perspective of ecosystem integrity of the forest ecosystem macro-level evaluation studies, the establishment of nine elements contain a total of 27 indicators of evaluation index system and evaluation index model for forest ecosystem management to provide a reference, is a forest Ecosystem Assessment made bold innovations. The results show that the theory is applied to the forest ecosystem integrity Ecosystem Assessment is an effective evaluation method. It not only from the system level objective analysis of forest ecosystems, but also pointed out the various indicators in forest ecosystems influence the degree of forest ecosystems provide reference data management and decision support. However, due to the few such studies, theory is not yet mature, needs to be deepened.
