Study on the Autophagy Level of Organs in the Adult Exercising Mice

Objective: To study the autophagy level in adult exercising mice, and explore the relationship between autophagy, exercise and seceneces.Methods: To establish excercising mice model with feedom running, muscle fibre were assayed with HE staining, oxidative stress in musle was valued with MDA and SOD. Autophagy level of musle and liver valued by LC3 and p62 were assayed with Western blot.Results: Exercising mice had similar weight, more feeding food and less fat compared with the control mice. The determination of oxidative stress parameter SOD and MDA showed that exercising mice had more clearance capability to active oxygen. HE staining result showed that the myofibril diameter of exercising mice was longer than the control. Running distance and strength of muscle also showed exercising mice had more advantage. Western blotting results showed the exercising mice had higher ratio of LC3Ⅱ/ LC3Ⅱand lower p62 level.Conclusion:Exercising mice have stronger muscle, which is associated with autophagy in muscle.
