Objective: To observe and evaluate flavored Sang Ju Yin to treat wind-heat cough in children 's clinical efficacy and mechanism of this party . Methods: The diagnosis of wind-heat cough in children 90 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups , 60 cases in which the treatment group be flavored oral Sang Ju Yin ; 30 patients be the oral medicine amoxicillin dispersible tablets ( Alin new ) , course of 7 days to observe the changes in the before and after treatment in children with clinical signs and symptoms . Results: Clinical studies have shown that the total effective rate was 96.67% , the control group, the total effective rate was 73.33% , the comparison between groups P- lt ; 0.05 , significant difference between the two treatment groups in a comprehensive efficacy endpoint , overall symptom improvement rates single cough symptom improvement rates were higher than those of western medicine control group . Conclusion : Modified Sangju drink to children wind hot cough have good therapeutic effect , and no significant side effects , cheap, worthy of promotion.
