Since the reform and opening-up policy, China's social, political, economic, cultural and other fields has undergone enormous changes, the rapid development of the special economic, attracting world attention. Taking into account the importance of translation in the contract, we should pay attention to the source of all applications contract - Contract Law of the People's Republic of China. In China, it is the rules and standards of the signing and execution of all contracts and agreements.
