With the continuous development of information technology and global economic integration, foreign language, and audio-visual media play an increasingly important role in people's daily lives. Skilled use of one or several foreign languages, is an essential quality of one of the high-quality talent. A lot of people with a high level of English in Korea, therefore only know an international language does not have much of a competitive, to master a foreign language in order to become a the contemporary highly qualified foreign language talent. In recent years, the Chinese in Korea has been more attention. With China's rapid economic growth, the improvement of the international status of China's influence in the world is increasing, which cause a new round of \Therefore, choose Chinese as a second foreign language learners is increasing year by year, which need to explore a greater variety of teaching materials and teaching programs in Chinese language teaching. Multimedia teaching has been widely used in the teaching of English and Japanese. News, movies, TV shows, cartoons, TV shows, etc. by utilizing the country of the target language teaching. Many hearing teachers change the traditional teaching model, using the audiovisual combination to develop learners' interest in learning, in order to improve the quality of the listening teaching, and have achieved very good results. However, the history of television films and other material to the audio-visual teaching in Chinese language teaching is still very short. Learners of all ages are familiar with the form and genre film in a wide variety of film and television, animation. It is likely to arouse the interest of the learner, and the ability to give the learners active learning motivation. Cartoons in Chinese language teaching has unique value, so I research is the use of cartoons to improve learners listening level and spoken form of basic training, and then discuss the cartoon as audio-visual teaching materials in Chinese audio-visual teaching role, significance and feasibility. In this study, the China-made animated film \\In addition, the Ministry of cartoon also reflects all countries are the environmental issues of common concern, and also led to the thinking of the audience. In this study, the author recognize, cartoons have become Chinese textbooks and expectations through continuous research cartoon to fully live for Teaching Chinese site.
