Efficacy of Technetium[99Tc] Methylenediphosphonate Treated in the Type 2 Diabetic Patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective: To investigate the D3 tablets Tc methylene diphosphonate injection combined with calcium carbonate , calcitriol capsules therapy after menopause and osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes efficacy . Method : a clear diagnosis of menopause with type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis 31 patients for the treatment group , 19 cases , including Han and Uygur 12 cases . Be the 15th daily intravenous infusion of technetium methylene bisphosphonate injection combined with oral calcium carbonate D3 tablets , calcitriol capsules , for 6 months . Select postmenopausal type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis in 28 patients of the control group , 14 cases including Han , Uygur and 14 cases , age, duration of diabetes, and years since menopause treatment group match , D3 tablets of conventional oral calcium carbonate , the bone of calcitriol capsules , a course of June . Was measured before and after treatment , bone mineral density, serum alkaline phosphatase , liver function , renal function , and bone metabolism indicators , and the contrast between the two groups . Results : after 6 months of treatment group , the clinical improvement , yunque treatment group was significantly better than the control group , the total effective rate was 93.5% ; various parts of the control group, the average BMD difference had statistical significance ( P lt ; 0.05 ). 1 /3 at the junction of the distal radius and ulna of the left forearm , lumbar spine and femoral neck bone mineral density (BMD) increase of 4.3% , 2.8% and 3.2% , respectively . Serum alkaline phosphatase decreased compared with before treatment , the difference was statistically significant . No significant changes in serum liver and kidney function before and after treatment . Conclusion: MDP joint Caltrate D slices , cover three Chun capsules treatment of postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis disorder effective and safe .
