In this paper, a metal ion , the toxic effects of pesticides on calyciflorus rotifer (Brachionus calyciflorus) (BC) . The results show that : ( 1) in the study of metal ion toxicity , copper , zinc , cadmium , lead ions the BC the 24h LC , 50 , respectively : 0.060,1.69,1.49 and 20.89mg / L ; The 48h LC 50 from : 0.024,0.565,0.526 and 13.94 mg / L; 96h LC 50 : 0.015,0.260,0.315 and 1.353 mg / L . BC each metal ion environment , survival , reproduction rate in each period were decreased , there are significant changes in the population growth of resting egg production and mixed rate . Joint study of toxic effects of various metal ions , the combined effects of the two metal ions , in addition to the joint toxicity of zinc , cadmium ion antagonism , the other for a synergistic or additive effect ; combined effects of three metal ions , in addition to copper and zinc , cadmium ions coexist in first synergistic toxicity 1:1:1 case antagonistic , copper , lead, cadmium ions coexist in the first synergistic toxicity 1:1:1 case antagonistic coexistence of zinc , cadmium and lead toxicity and concentration : 1:1 case was outside the antagonism , are synergies ; coexistence of four metal ions showed synergistic or additive effect . Different pH, temperature , metal ions BC toxic effects , there are varying degrees of impact . In contrast , the toxic effects of pH on the metal ion is more significant temperature less affected . (2) in pesticide toxicity study , cypermethrin , Lubao prime trichlorfon BC 24h LC 50 : 0.292,0.607 and 344.6mg / L ; 48h LC 50 : 0.228,0.291 and 264.2mg / L . Cypermethrin , green ensure the safety of hormone concentrations were 0.023,0.029 mg / L. BC in cypermethrin and Lubao prime environment , survival , reproduction rate in each period were decreased in cypermethrin environment more significant changes in the population growth of the resting egg production and mixed rate . Trichlorfon on the BC population had no significant effect .
