The flotation method is a very effective method for the treatment of oily wastewater . Degreasing, of the flotation method is introduced into the oily wastewater air, to produce fine bubbles , so that the water tiny emulsified oil particles adhered to the waste air Paoshang, together with the bubbles float to the surface , the formation of dross , thereby recovering the water oil. The sublation the degreasing efficiency mainly depends on the chemical nature of the oil particles diameter , bubble diameter and oil particles surface . From the analysis of suspended solids , oil removal efficiency of the surface chemical properties and flotation agent to study the molecular design principles of flotation flotation agent , the type of flotation agent , and a brief Research flotation agent . Then in reference to the large number of domestic and international literature on the basis of the monomer AM , monomers DMC , and monomer MMA emulsion terpolymer generate products FJ . By infrared spectroscopy , clearly the composition and structure of the product . This article explores reflect temperature , reaction time , monomer ratio , triggering dose and conditions of synthesis . Finally , on the products FJ flotation performance laboratory evaluation to prove its good degreasing properties , to achieve even more than the level of performance of the domestic like product .
