Use NRS2002 nutritional risk screening and investigation of various specialty nutritional support applications . 729 cases of hospitalized patients with 711 cases available NRS assessment , malnutrition accounted for 8.2% . All objects total score ≥ 3 points by 35.7% . Parenteral / enteral nutrition support application rate of 23.0% , the improper application of parenteral / enteral nutrition (NRS lt ; 3 ) clinical cases accounted for 23.8% of the number of application cases . Conclusion (1) NRS 2002 generally applies to inpatient quick guide doctors found that there is a nutritional risk , the need for nutritional support of patients ; (2) the improper application of nutritional support small and medium-sized hospital in Xi'an .
