The test by soft rot bacteria morphological , physiological and biochemical characteristics of collected 8-10 months in 2001 in Heilongjiang Province around cabbage soft rot disease samples for analysis , the results showed that : Heilongjiang Province autumn cabbage soft rot pathogens Owen Escherichia carrots soft rot Erwinia the carrots soft rot subspecies (Ecc), therefore , the province during the soft rot research should be mainly bacteria - based . Identification methods and hybrid strains of the pathogen Ecc 20 copies of the application in the production of the different areas of Chinese cabbage seedling stage Inoculation five differential hosts , according to the different regions and varieties of hybrid strains of anti - sense reaction , screened , they are : No.1 Anti autumn green 60 Long white II , 2 Qin white , fast spring . 5 caused five differential hosts from 20 of Heilongjiang Province , Harbin urban places urban area of Qiqihar , Mudanjiang places urban land urban area of Jiamusi , Jixi places the urban cabbage soft rot isolates divided type of the disease force ⅰ, Ⅱ , Ⅲ , Ⅳ , Ⅴ type ⅴ was the dominant type of virulence . 44 Chinese cabbage germplasm resources of Northeast Agricultural University cabbage breeding laboratory type Ⅴ type advantage virulence strains Ecc-1-0 seedling stage soft rot bacteria inoculation identification , screening out disease-resistant materials 1 copies, 12 were moderately resistant , 28 susceptible materials , high sense of material , resistant material can be used in future breeding work .
