Marek's disease is caused by Marek's disease virus the chicken a lymphoid tissue proliferative tumor disease. However, the study of these aspects must be as the theoretical basis for Marek's disease pathogenesis and vaccine immune mechanism. However, the complexity of the mechanism of vaccine, the theory has not yet been fully elucidated. Marek's disease pathogenesis and vaccine immune mechanism still need a lot of basic research. Superantigens the emergence of new ideas for the theoretical study. Staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) is to study more of a super-antigen. At present, has been applied to the treatment of neoplastic diseases in humans. SEB poultry reported less, and therefore provide valuable information about SEB in the Chicken vivo immunological effects clarify, for the prevention of tumor disease caused by Marek's disease virus or other viruses. So, in the field of research will have important theoretical and practical significance. In this study, a preliminary study of the dynamic changes on the the chicks inoculated HVT vaccines and superantigen SEB and infection vMDV after Immunology. 1-day-old chicks were randomly divided into four groups, receiving different treatment: the healthy control group, superantigen SEB vaccination group, the the HVT vaccine group and HVT vaccine superantigen SEB co-inoculated group. 1,8,15,22,29 days of age, peripheral blood ANAE ~~ Determination of T lymphocyte number: 2,9,16,23,30 days old, respectively, spleen and thymus T lymphocyte proliferation reaction, peritoneal macrophages release the amount of nitric oxide and its determination within the acid phosphatase activity.
