Experimental Study of Acupuncture Preconditioning Effect on Ultrastructure and Apoptosis of Rat’s Brain Ischemia

In order to explore new ways of prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease , reveal the mechanism of acupuncture prevention of ischemic stroke , to Wistar rats as subjects , cerebral ischemia treated with acupuncture , the use of \established rat model of cerebral ischemia , cerebral ischemia cerebral cortex , the hippocampus CA 1 < / sub > District HE staining of histological changes , nerve cells Nissl special methylene blue staining of nerve cell damage , electron microscopy ultrastructure of apoptosis in situ end labeling (TUNEL staining) was detected neuronal apoptosis . Experimental results show that : Compared with the normal group , sham operation group , cerebral ischemia group cerebral cortex, the hippocampus CA 1 < / sub > District nerve cell loss significantly . Compared with cerebral ischemia group , cerebral ischemia preconditioning group, acupuncture preconditioning group , electro-acupuncture preconditioning group cerebral cortex , the hippocampus CA 1 < / sub > District neuronal injury is small, light degree of edema , neurological cell morphology and rapid recovery , less the number of apoptotic cells , the EA preconditioning group with cerebral ischemic preconditioning group similar , but better than acupuncture preconditioning group . Conclusion: Acupuncture Preconditioning , the hippocampus CA 1 < / sub > District nerve cells has a protective effect against cerebral ischemic rat cerebral cortex ; acupuncture preconditioning can inhibit global cerebral ischemia in rat cerebral cortex , hippocampus CA 1 < / sub > District neuronal apoptosis ; acupuncture can be used as the means of a cerebral ischemic preconditioning can induce ischemic tolerance , reduce neuronal injury after ischemia .
