Objective:This report will focus on the discussion of the TCM BianZheng therapy to the WI patient. During the course of the therapy, we should not only take into consideration the close connection between the WI and the Asthma, but also think about the physical feature of the infant patient in their own age, thus to reflect the different medication of BianZheng therapy.The research will complement the clinical treatment of the WI, provide a relatively sound scheme in the way of TCM BianZheng and apply to clinical practice, then broaden research ideas and contribute to the clinical achievement.Method:This paper mainly from theoretical and clinical research on the two components.Theory of part of the WI in Western medicine literature to be analyzed, with emphasis on the medical and outlined the WI modern medical knowledge and progress at this stage of the situation and put forward the therapy for stage of attack should focus on sputum control and for response period should invigorating the kidney first of the importance of governance in the WI. Clinical research component, Through 90 cases of WI clinical observation, this report gives an initiative analysis for the curative effect of TCM BianZheng therapy. And base on this information, further discussions are given to the effectiveness between the correlative formulas which will widen the understanding of different syndromes of the WI.Results:In the comprehensive effect, Compare the syndrome of all 90 cases WI patient before and after the treatment, the wheeze of the patients has evidently relieved. It showed significant differences with that of before-treatment and after treatment (P<005). The efficiency rate reaches to 91%.Conclusion: 1. Asthma and WI is close connected. It is valuable to explore the inner relationship between them, their clinical performance and the TCM Bian Zheng therapy pattern.2. TCM Bian Zheng therapy is effective for WI that it considers the physical feature of the infant patient and reflects the correlative formula of the treatment. There are needs of further discussions for this topic.
