Numerical Simulation of the tropical Pacific and Indian Ocean sea surface height seasonal cycle and interannual changes

In this paper, the satellite sea surface height meter data , analysis of the equatorial Pacific and Indian Ocean sea surface height changes in the seasonal and interannual changes in characteristics , and with a coupled climate system mode FGCMO simulation of sea surface height conduct comparative assessment model to simulate sea surface height of seasonal and inter-annual changes in the capacity. The results show that the coupling mode there is a certain systematic errors , but still quite enough to simulate the extent of sea surface height of seasonal and interannual changes the basic characteristics . India, West Asia throughflow (ITF) in the test mode of sea surface height of seasonal and interannual changes at the same time , the paper also carried out sensitivity tests the Indonesian Hydrographic completely closed , compared with the control test results show that the Indonesian throughflow seasonal changes little effect , but can significantly affect the characteristics of the tropical Pacific and Indian Ocean , the interannual variability .
