For high- risk key system , unexpected failures often lead to disastrous consequences . Therefore, we must ensure that such systems under normal , abnormal and malicious destruction of the environment of security. This paper studies the key can be used to improve system security code unique safety device in the nature and methods of production. First introduced key system security issues, mainly safety design techniques and a unique code associated with the basic theory of security to explain the concept of a unique code ; unique code key mathematical argumentation features unique code security issues affecting the various factors to obtain a unique code should have the properties ; unique code based on the nature of the research should have a unique code encoding method and engineering application of multiple simultaneous selection method using the unique code . According to the proposed hierarchical coding method and integrated cluster selection algorithm , coding produced 24 unique code and can be used simultaneously in 24 unique code group , and the results were analyzed. Finally developed a unique code generation software to generate a unique code of a given length and distribution to achieve a symbol , a symbol for the distribution and run distribution and duplication linear complexity of string distribution and other characteristics of the analysis .
