Mitochondrial protein-coding genes cytochrome b (Cytb) is one of the most widely used animal molecular phylogeny molecular markers. In this study, starting from the perspective of molecular biology, Cytb as a molecular marker used to design a pair of Cytb gene specific primers material CTB-CTB-2, were obtained by PCR Oedipodidae four subfamilies 14 kinds on behalf of the individual and leprosy Acrididae one kinds representatives of about 580bp of the individual the Cytb part of sequence.
