The Chemical Constituents of Basidiomycetes from Leccinum Extremiorientale

This thesis is to investigate the the Fungus Leccinum (Leccinum extremioientale Sing.) Nutrition and health and medicinal value , the chemical composition of the fungi and its chemical composition of recent research and higher fungi in ergot sterols were reviewed . Using conventional chloroform and chloroform / methanol (1:1) second extraction , separation and purification methods of the use of silica gel column, a reverse phase silica gel column and recrystallization of the thesis for the first time from the warts shank Boletus genus fungi wild Far warts handle boletus (Leccinum extremioientale Sing.) fruiting bodies of 13 compounds , and their structures were identified by chemical and spectrometric methods . The results show that the 13 compounds were cetyl carbonate , ergosterol, peroxygen ergosterol , ergosta ,6,8 (14 ) , 22 - 4 - ene-3 - one , ergosterol -5,7 - bis ene -3β-ol , ( 2S , 3S , 4S, 4S, 2'R) -2 - (2' - hydroxy - tetracosenoyl acylamino group ) - octadecenoic 1,3,4 - triol , ergosterol -7,22 - diene- 3β , 5α, 6β- triol , cerebroside B cerebroside D , uracil, inosine, adenosine, and D- allose alcohol. Which ergosterol , the ergosterol peroxide alcohols , Cerebroside B , adenosine has strong biological activity , and this is certainly Fungus Leccinum (Leccinum extremioientale Sing.) , Nutrition, health and medicinal value , the further research and the development and utilization of fungi provides a theoretical basis . The study has been reported that the chemical composition of the fungi .
