The elimination of the cognitive friction between the user and product is the moment every designer needs to first solve the problem, and properly resolve the cognitive friction will be reflected in the product's usability and user experience of these two levels in this research is the issues, and to analyze the possibility of cognitive friction generated causes elements put forward relevant countermeasures.
