Study on Childhood Behavior Disorder and Suicide Ideation in Primary School Students

In order to understand the behavioral problems of the urban and rural primary school students in Changsha City , suicidal ideation , and their influencing factors , this study adopts a multi-stage cluster random sampling method, randomly selected six schools in 1060 ( 796 cities , 264 Village in Changsha urban and rural ) for the study. Rutter Child Behavior Questionnaire ( Teacher Questionnaire ) the parenting Assessment Scale ( EMBU ) , primary school life events questionnaires and other tools integrated measurements of primary school students psychosocial status and multiple stepwise regression analysis of socio-demographic factors affecting students' behavior problems , psychosocial factors explore , at the same time research and analysis of primary school students committed suicide ideation , multivariate conditional Logistic regression model , screening out the main danger factors for suicidal ideation , in order to improve primary school students psychological health level services , to provide a scientific basis for quality education . This study shows that the risk of urban and rural pupils behavior detection rate of 16.3% , stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed : children in rural areas , high - grade (age ) , bad boys , the relationship between students and experienced more life events for child behavior problems crowd. In urban and rural primary school students , the occurrence of suicidal ideation was 28.3% , the main effect of conditional logistic regression model analysis revealed : extremely believe that the existence of the soul , life events , mother punishes severely that death is a pleasant attitude , not by their parents personal care as well as the major risk factor for older primary school students Suicidal Ideation . In primary school , behavior problems , and suicidal ideation with a variety of social and psychological factors , and more prominent , which would seriously affect the healthy growth of the primary school students , is now urgent problems in the quality of primary school education . Thus, it should be attached great importance to parents, teachers, and community .
