February 15, 1997 , the WTO on behalf of the 69 member states of the more than 90% of the global telecommunications business officially signed to promote the opening up of the telecommunications market in 2000, the Agreement on Basic Telecommunications . As a subsidiary of China Mobile Group Liaoning Mobile Communication Company , founded in 1999 after the reorganization of the industry ( hereinafter Liaoning Mobile ) . Exposure to a highly competitive environment , this article on how to in the context of accession to the WTO to seek a competitive advantage in the development of strategies for some exploration . In this paper, the structure is divided into four parts : the first part of the analysis of the internal environment of the enterprise . Second part from domestic competitors , the international mobile market and other carriers , enterprises external enterprise development history , network capacity , level of technology , business development , organization and human resources aspects of the internal environment of the Liaoning Mobile ; environmental analysis ; the third part is the impact of WTO accession on the Liaoning Mobile , cut from the market access commitments , policies and the problems and opportunities of accession to the WTO to bring mobile communications , in the market , the competition , the advantages and disadvantages of the development perspective analysis . The fourth part is the development of countermeasures , from a technical countermeasures , business strategies and management countermeasures angle , in the face of the competitive landscape of the face of the complex field of mobile communications in the accession to the WTO , specifically addressed some feasible countermeasures .
