As we all know , a long time, between the law and the general public seems there has been an insurmountable gap . Language style of a variety of laws and regulations , the provisions of the regulations often as the average person can understand . When illegal infringement of our rights interests are , we need to pick up the legal weapons to protect their vital interests will not be harmed . Therefore , the language of the law must be a clear and simple language so that everyone can be the greatest degree of understanding and applied to daily life in various infringements . Language concise trend is unstoppable. The language of the law is a long time especially as an obscure individual language . Since the 1970s , Western countries, the rise of a large-scale Plain English Campaign . The campaign to promote the the stylistic style and wording of the legislative language sentences huge change . Precise and concise language of the law will help to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the legal instruments . In the appropriate context , to avoid the complex on Jane , by using clear and concise language to make the wording more clear , concise and persuasive . This article aims to reveal the significance of the Plain English language used in the legislative process , the legal provisions on how to improve the readability of the views set the initial proposals . By analyzing the stylistic features of the language of the law , from the vocabulary , syntactic level , the skills and methods of use of Plain English . This paper is divided into five parts . Briefly introduced in the first part of the paper is to explore several related concepts , including legal English and the Condensed legal English . The second part describes the style and stylistics , as well as from the lexical , syntactic , and discourse levels analyzed the stylistic features of the language of the law . The third part introduces the Plain English Campaign , carried out around the world , as well as critical theory Plain English . The fourth part of the main vocabulary, syntax, two recommendations . The final section summarizes the trends and significance of condensed legal English .
