Learner Autonomy with the learner-centered teaching philosophy in-depth development, has become the fundamental goal of foreign language education. English learners only to master learning strategies, learn how to learn, be active, independent, effective learning and to achieve the purpose of life-long learning. Vocational colleges students' English foundation is weak, the lack of awareness of learning strategies, self-learning ability, learning effect is not ideal. According to the theory of self-learning and learning strategies theory, learners' self-learning ability can be improved through guidance and training in appropriate conditions, the nature of strategy training is to develop self-learning ability. On the basis of this theory, we will blend of strategy training and English Teaching, is designed to train vocational students learning English autonomy, improve learning outcomes. In this study, Guangxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College telecom professional two natural classes start two classes for the experimental group and the control group. Before the experiment through questionnaires, tests and interviews to understand the concept of self-learning of English learners, English learning attitude, language proficiency, as well as self-learning and policy status quo, and the learner needs analysis. Experiment two groups of students Learner Profile. Experimental group, based on the strategy training foreign language teaching, self-learning management strategies and hard-of-hearing, speaking, reading, writing and basic language learning strategies, strategic training and classroom teaching to encourage independent learning both inside and outside the classroom, develop students' self-learning ability; control group using traditional teaching model. The end of the experiment, two groups of students again questionnaires, tests and interviews, combined with the learner file of all data quantitative and qualitative analysis. Experimental results show that the experimental group and the control group significantly different. Experimental group students' attitude significantly improve the ability to learn self-management is improved, and gradually develop the habit of self-learning, language level is also more evident. Thus, we conclude that foreign language teaching is based on the strategy training is an effective training method of vocational learning ability of students. The same time, the improvement of learner autonomy is a long-term work by the combined effect of the internal and external factors, from more angles and dimensions, in order to explore a more rational and effective training model.
